Thank You - Clive Emson

Everyone at Maidstone River Festival was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Clive Emson.

Clive was a long-time supporter and sponsor of the festival and his generosity, encouragement, and commitment to the local community were greatly appreciated over many years.

Known to many through his appearances on Homes Under the Hammer and as the founder of Clive Emson Auctioneers, Clive was widely respected not only for his success in business, but for the kindness, integrity, and warmth he showed to others.

The tributes shared since his passing speak volumes about the person he was. A gentleman in every sense of the word, whose humour and passion for life left a lasting impression on so many people.

Our thoughts are with Clive’s family, friends, and colleagues at this very sad time.
